About Skinny Chef

Skinny Chef Jennifer Iserloh won her own battle with the bulge. She became inspired to help others to do the same through easy, healthy, wholesome cooking. As a private chef and recipe developer, Jennifer has created hundreds of nutrition-packed dishes for many American families including top New York City celebrities.

So how can Americans stay healthy and fit, without depriving themselves of the foods they love? The Skinny Chef’s answer is simple: eat well by making the right choices, exercise, and go ahead and enjoy a glass of wine. It’s all about finding balance! Jennifer has found ways to enjoy all the foods she loves without trying to kill her cravings. Apart from diet and exercise, sleep and most importantly fun are a must in her healthy living program.
