any people - friends and visitors alike - have asked who writes for SkinnyChef.com. Keeping up with my food blog, articles, and newsletters can be time consuming, but I enjoying writing all the content for my site. I make excellent use of my "in-between" time, concocting recipes while traveling in the subway, brainstorming blog topics while shopping in markets and grocery stores, and talking over ideas with my producers when I'm washing up after a shoot.
I am always on the hunt for new topics and knowledgeable people to write about so if you have ideas or suggestions, submit them here. I'm always happy to hear your ideas.

But now that I’m older, I always think of giving food this time of year.
