My grandmother used to say..take moderate bites; chew slowly; at least 20 times per bite; put down your fork between bites..and don&#039;t drink any beverages until you&#039;re finished.

The enzymes in saliva do the majority of the work when it comes to breaking food down..and has a lot to do with whether it goes into energy--or to your thighs.</description>
