		<description>Another way to avoid salmonella in eggs is to use pasteurized eggs.  Undercooked eggs like poached eggs, fried eggs, and sunny side up eggs are still at risk of salmonella.  I would never think of making any recipes with raw or undercooked eggs for my kids without pasteurized eggs because their immune systems are still developing.</description>
