Wife with Flatscreen Tears of joy for my husband and the newest addition to our family- a big, shiny HD flat screen TV that he’s been saving up for along with our new FiOS service.

At first glance I thought- what is this monster, it barely fits in our living room taking up value cookbook storage space. I admit though, I’m a bit mesmerized myself with the crispness – the sheer definition and detail, gosh, the people are almost life-sized!

As I switched through the channels, I happened upon a channel that we didn’t have before called Fit TV. Hey, this flat screen business isn’t so bad after all. I can now watch Namaste Yoga, the Truth about Food, and even a belly dance workout called Shimmy that reminds me of the time I myself took a few belly dancing lessons with my neighbor Bernie.
