I

am really excited when I get a chance to share my knowledge and passion for food. Sometimes people stop by SkinnyChef.com to get a recipe or stumble in from a general web search on health or food.

No matter, spreading the word about healthy cooking and living is what Skinny Chef is all about. It makes me happy to know that a food site can have a positive effect on so many visitors who send their wonderful questions and commentaries weekly.

That's why I'm convinced that I have the best job in the entire world. I love what I do, have fun doing it, but most importantly it all makes sense to me.
