Ditch The DietsHi there, really enjoyed your info. I am applying many of your suggestions. Especially having more live food clean and available for my family and me, in our refrigerator. Now when they get home from school and work, instead of going to the pantry, I bring out the veggies and dip and berries and they snack on that while I make dinner. :)

I have made the decision to be conscious of what I put into my body and mind this year and to be grateful for all things – to be successful, I think I need to be mindful and get rid of the scale and focus on how I look and feel in my clothes.
