So check out three additional variations below for healthy hot pockets that you can fill so many ways. Kids will go crazy over these and they are a mess-free way to have a healthy meal.
Mix and match the filling and freeze the raw pockets wrapped in wax paper. Label a zipper lock bag with a sharpie then slide them inside and freeze. Simply preheat your oven to 400ÂºF and bake 10 to 15 minutes on a cookie sheet while double check your travel bag, don’t for the sun screen for summer travel.
1 cup jarred tomato sauce, Â½ chopped green pepper, 8 slices turkey pepperoni, 4 tablespoons grated part-skim mozzarella
1 cup roasted red pepper, 4 tablespoons goat cheese, 4 tablespoons black olives, sprinkle of dried oregano
1 cup barbecue sauce, one cooked chicken breast cubed, 1 cup packed spinach leaves
