Valentine’s Day is literally just around the corner, and is traditionally a time to let loose and shower your loved ones with love and tempting treats.

As many of you know, I teach people how to maintain a healthy diet, but as a professionally trained chef I’ll be the first one to admit that taste is just as important to me as eating the right foods. That’s why I will co-teach a Body Beautiful Tune-Up Food & Fitness Workshop on February 28 with Suzanne Ausnit, founder of Full Potential Yoga.
