Secrets of a Skinny ChefHappy and Healthy New Year! For many, 2010 starts like any other year: with good intentions and New Year’s resolutions. The important point to keep in mind is that eating healthier is more of a mindset than a diet.

So go easy on yourself and enjoy the foods you crave, but make them at home… which leads me to my next point: I am happy to announce the March launch of my cookbook, “Secrets Of A Skinny Chef”, a collection of America’s favorite recipes made healthier and tastier, plus some of my recipes with a twist that could become new favorites.
