Hey Vicki!

So wonderful to hear from you- I remember our fun lunches and food chats at Delirium. Glad that you are enjoying the book and please send pics of the kids when you have time. I would love to catch up!

Big hug,

-Jen

I'm a big fan Jen. I bought the book too and I LOVE it!
Great stuff! My kids love the healthy foods. Squash is a must have staple for vitamins so I love how you've incorporated them into so many different types of dishes.

I can't wait to get this book! I have The Sneaky Chef, and I love it, too! It really works. Although my kids really don't eat much of what's "bad" for them, it's hard to get them to eat a variety of stuff that's really good for their bodies. The Sneaky Chef has helped tremendously, and I am looking forward to this book to see what other recipes I can have at my disposal.

This sounds like an interesting book. The Sneaky Chef cookbook also intrigues me. Not because I have kids to cook for, but because I have a husband that was never given vegetables while growing up. Now he claims to dislike many veggies. And while he'll tolerate some because he knows he is "supposed to" eat them, others he won't touch (like cauliflower). I have been thinking about trying some of these sneak tactics in my cooking to trick him into eating more veggies!

Looks like a good book. My daughter Lydia is 10 months old and still eats many of her foods pureed. We have been known to mix applesauce into her green vegetables to make them a little more yummy. It's good to see we can use the same strategy as she gets older too.
