  1. In this GREAT interview with your Granny she mentions butter milk. Back then, what did they do with butter milk? Was it used to just cook with or did they drink it just like a regular glass of milk?

    Thanks for listening- she’s so funny, right? It’s actually milk with cream that rising to the top, that is milk that isn’t homogenized. I’ll have to ask her about the buttermilk from back then!
