When I first graduated from culinary school, I really couldn’t decide what to focus on. What intrigued me most about the food world? I guess the answer was everything! So for the next two years, I learned every I could about the food business - from cooking in restaurants and working as a food stylist, to studying with food photographers and interning with acclaimed cookbook authors and nutritionists.

Through my love of cooking and studying with food experts, I discovered that I didn’t really have to choose, because I enjoy it all! My recipes, photos, and writing have appeared in a variety of magazines (including Self, Self Dishes, and YogaLife) as well as across the Internet.
Though I no longer work in restaurants, I still write, style, photograph and of course cook almost every day! Through my work and my website, I’ve met many inspirational people on the way, including celebrities, editors, chefs, and folks who are just plain curious about healthy cooking.
Bringing people together with healthy living has always been my greatest goal. And I always have something brewing, so signup to receive the latest updates. This summer, you’ll get a sneak preview of the latest exciting children’s cookbook - focusing on cooking with a hilarious but healthy twist. The book’s coming to bookstores in September.
