The tang of bitters is just the trick to get your mouth watering before dinner.
I serve this to guests when I pull out the martini glasses and turn on the jazz!
- 3 ounces ginger beer or ginger ale
- 1 ounce dry vermouth
- 2-3 dashes of bitters
- Slice of ginger for garnish
- Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail or martini glass. Serve immediately.
