A favorite for Sunday brunch but don’t forget the fresh horseradish. It really makes this classic special!
Serves 1
1 1/2 oz vodka
3 ounces tomato juice
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 - 3 drops hot sauce
1 teaspoon freshly grated horseradish
1 piece of tender celery, preferably from the heart
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, except for the celery. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour into an iced tea glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with celery and serve immediately.
Serve with Chicken Caesar Salad.
