Hi Edeline!

Yes, you can use lean ground beef, (ground sirloin is best) though is much higher in saturated fat compared to turkey. Beef is ok in moderation, I have my bistro style beef burger once in a while :)

Hello!
I'm thinking of doing this recipe, but I don't have available turkey meat in my fridge currently so, would ground (all most lean) beef do?

Thanks for your help!

Regards,
Edeline
