An avocado milkshake might seem strange but avocado’s mild, rich flavor lends itself perfectly to creamy desserts. Although avocado is high in fat, it’s low in saturated fat that is mostly found in fast food desserts like deep fried pies and shakes. My chocolate shake has around 200 calories per serving vs. the fast food version that packs on a whopping 580 calories, plus double the fat!
