Earlier this week, I was on Toronto’s Breakfast Television, showing host Jennifer Valentyne three fabulous and very quick recipes from my Secrets of a Skinny Chef book to start your day on the right foot.
I started out with my Chocolate Avocado Milkshake that can be put together in less then 2 minutes, followed by a quick breakfast on-the-go using pita shells stuffed with spinach and scrambled eggs.
As the final dish from the book, I highlighted my healthy French Toast – made with orange marmelade and ground cardamom for an unusual twist from traditional breakfast fare.
