Can I Get The Recipe?

Cari SnellWhen I traveled to Toronto last April to promote “Secrets of a Skinny Chef, the exuberant Cari Snell of Can I Get The Recipe? caught up with me by phone for an interview and cookbook review.

As a former private chef herself, she shared her story of delicious meals on the high seas, when she used to work for private clients on yachts.

Cari SnellBesides enjoying Cari’s tremendous wit and good humor, I noticed that we share a lot of the same foods philosophies – including that home-made always tastes best, skip processed foods, especially so-called “kid-friendly” processed treats and lunch box foods, and celebrate your creations with friends and family as much as possible.

Now that’s she’s changed careers and runs a blog like I do, her “goal is to dish out free, doable, nutritious dinner plans that offer a variety of recipes complete with shopping lists each week.

Delivered straight to the inbox of todays on-the-go families, Can I Get the Recipe? offers recipes from well-known foodies, accomplished chefs, the coolest cookbooks, fabulous restaurants and readers like you!

Visit her website to get the latest and greatest tasty dish complete with full color photo, including free recipes form my latest book “Secrets of a Skinny Chef”.
