Skip Soda and Drink Water Instead

Forget the designer waters and just drink good old-fashioned tap water. Most tap water is safe, but if you’re concerned about off-taste just use a filter — very economical. Filtration systems can be inexpensive and a nice way to keep cold water ready to go in your fridge. They help to gently clear water from chlorine and other pollutants.  But if you have serious doubt, go to the EPA for more info. Bottled waters typically taste good, but they can be hard on the environment because of all the packaging and many are just filed with tap water in a fancy bottle. They can also be just as costly as bottled soda.
