Beets For Your Sweet

Just in time for Valentine’s Day, Jennifer appeared on KRON 4 Weekend Morning News, the Bay Area’s Local News TV station. In this segment, which aired on Sunday, February 5, 2007, Jennifer showed KRON’s Henry Tenenbaum her healthy sweets made with fresh beets.

Why? Studies show that beets can help lower cholesterol. Wo when Jennifer thought of making sweet treats for Valentine’s day, beets were perfect since they are naturally sweet and deep crimson red.
