Ingredients
Makes 4 cups of cranberry sauce
1 12-ounce bags of fresh cranberries, rinsed
1 cup water
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup almond flavor liquid
2 cinnamon sticks
Directions
Mix cranberries, water, sugar, almond liquid, and cinnamon sticks in a small saucepan. Place over high heat and bring to a boil.
Reduce to a simmer and cook 15 to 20 minute, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries pop and a thick sauce forms.

I printed the recipe for cranberry sauce and it says almond flavored liquid. My husband purchased almond extract. Is there a way to substitute this in place of Almond Liquor?
