Ingredients
2 cups turkey stock or low sodium chicken broth
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons cold water
salt to taste
Directions
Place the turkey stock in a small sauce pan. Warm it over medium heat until small bubbles start to form around the inside of the pan. Slowly whisk in the cornstarch mixture. Cook an additional minute, whisking continuously until the mixture is thick. Season with salt and serve immediately.
