Here’s What People Say

I really enjoyed your ‘Eat Yourself Into Shape’ series. I have lost the same 20 pounds many times – usually using some serious exercise program and/or a restrictive eating plan. I liked your focus on changing a few small things and giving it time. I also do some yoga and pilates and my body seems to respond well to those.

At work today, I passed up some chocolaty dessert donated by someone while thinking that I was not hungry and could do this one thing easily. I’ve kept your e-mails and videos and definitely revisit them again.

Jennifer, thanks so much for your video series… it really was helpful. I enjoyed the daily contact, the “extras”, like the videos, and the very concrete suggestions. I have saved them all and set aside time on Sunday afternoon to review and renew my commitment.

Hi Jennifer! I really enjoyed your “Eat Yourself Into Shape” series. You reinforced the things that I know I need to do to be healthy. While I don’t have a lot of weight to lose, a few pounds, I do want to have a toned body.

The last video segment in your series is a great inspiration for me. I’m going to hang on to it so I can replay it often. Thanks for all you do. Best regards,

Tammy Beck

Hi Jennifer, I have been listening to you while working and I think you are great:) What I really like is that you put focus on that it is basically math and I am probably overeating though I don’t see it all the time.

I will be using your recipes, because it helped me before Christmas. I love the avocado smoothie and the cupcakes:) I think you are different from others. It feels genuine and I think you have a different approach. Keep up the good work, and thanks for the great audios:) Hugs,

Hi Jennifer, thank you so much for hosting your online course. I definitely try to stay on the healthy track but it’s good to hear tips and success stories to keep learning and keep inspiring. So thanks again! I definitely learned a lot and have kept the emails in case I need to reference them in the future.

I spent 8 months last year on ‘Weight Watchers, and successfully lost 17 pounds (10% of my weight). I am very pleased with my achievement. Since October of last year I have not been following the program, but have managed to maintain my weight. I want to take the skills I have learned (from your course) and apply them to my life (and lose more weight).

I don’t want to have to count points for the rest of my life! Thank you for sharing your experiences with me. I hope to continue to learn, change my lifestyle. In health,

Hi there, really enjoyed your info. I am applying many of your suggestions. Especially having more live food clean and available for my family and me, in our refrigerator. Now when they get home from school and work, instead of going to the pantry, I bring out the veggies and dip and berries and they snack on that while I make dinner. 🙂

I have made the decision to be conscious of what I put into my body and mind this year and to be grateful for all things – to be successful, I think I need to be mindful and get rid of the scale and focus on how I look and feel in my clothes. Thanks and many blessings! P.S. Love Skinny Chef recipes!!!

“Everyone here has raved about what a natural ready for the camera food personality you are — your ability to turn out wonderful food while staying cool under pressure and be charming and communicative is so impressive. I was making my rounds so was not able to stay for all of it but loved your grass fed beef pitch. Well done.”
