    Has there ever been a study of tea & coffee which includes their relative nutritional differences when sugar, milk/cream [or whitener!} are added?
    Old wisdom suggests that tea & coffee without additives are equally beneficial.

    • I haven’t come across any research on that but it’s true that food combining can either increase or decrease the benefits of a food. For example when you combine broccoli and cauliflower their cancer fighting compounds are four times more potent.
