This might look like a Shirley Temple, but it packs a punch with the gin! I love Negrone’s deep red color and strong bitter tang.
If you want to make a lighter version, cut the portion in half and top with club soda or seltzer water.
- 8 ounces Gin
- 8 ounces Campari
- 8 ounces fresh grapefruit juice
- 4 ounces Cinzano Rosso
- Ice as needed
- 4 strips of grapefruit zest
- Stir all the ingredients, except the zest, in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Serve
- in a highball glasses and garnish with grapefruit zest.
