This might look like a Shirley Temple, but it packs a punch with the gin! If you want to make a lighter version, cut the portion in half and top with club soda.
Serves 4
8 ounces Gin
8 ounces Campari
4 ounces fresh grapefruit juice
4 ounces Cinzano Rosso
Ice as needed
4 strips of grapefruit zest
Stir all the ingredients, except the zest, in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Serve
in a highball glasses and garnish with grapefruit zest.
